1) Thank u so much to rich resort beachside hotel for everything.Nice staff especially on hotel reception.The staff on Swing bar was also good.The location is very nice, nearby the sea and 5 minutes walk to lamai main street.Also important things the owner is from Canada and speak french, this can help people if they have problems in english.Thanku again and wishu good business for future.

2) My girlfriend and I stayed at Rich Resort and had a great time. We stayed in the air con room which was a bit more expensive than the fan room but worth it when it is hot. The rooms are big and clean with Tv and mini bar. Sunbeds on the beach and bar/restaurant across the road from the hotel. Helpful staff in the bar and reception. Great location…Located on a quite beach road less than 5 min walking distance to the center of town and steps away from the Beach!!! Great Value.

3) I stayed here for 3 nights & found the place to be in a great location right across the road from the beach. You have to go through the Swing Bar to get to the beach but that is not a problem. There are free sun beds available every day which is also excellent.

would recommend this accomodation for its value/cleanliness and location.we stayed in a room with just a fan and it was fine.stayed for 3 nites and also rented a moped while there to get around and see the island. Lamai beach is right across the road and the bar of the hotel does nice food and is on the beach. free safe in the room was great too. Tripadvisor.com

5) “best place to stay in kosamui and lovely staff .”

we stayed there for 7 days all together and the staff was very helpfull ,exellent rooms which were spotlessly clean and the location was a stone throw away fromthe beautiful beach ,also ,the swing bar which attached to the hotel was very enterning and had the best veiw if the ocean ,also very good entertainment ,every night which included a beach part wiv top dj every friday .i would recomend this place to anyone who wants the best of both ,which is a relaxing holiday with plenty of enterainment if u want it ,also whilst i was there i had a fall and hurt my ankle and the care and support i had was amazing .going back next year . 6) Great location , nice rooms .

The rooms are clean , spacious with personal safes and for me were excellent value for money . There was security at night , and easy access to both the town of Lamai and the beach itself . The beach is another good sellimg point . The town too has all one needs for a holiday , whether they be convienent shops eg 7/11 , massage parlours or pubs . I found the locals to coin a phrase , very friendly .

7) This hotel was great we loved every minute and would go back again and again. The rooms were big and clean with nice decor. The location was brilliant!!

8) “Excellent resort- close to beach and town”

I stayed here for 8 nights with 2 of my friends and we had a great time! The rooms are a good size (we had a 3 person room), I would definetly recommend getting air conditioning, I dont think I could have survived without it. Everything was relatively clean in the room, and whenever there was a problem the hotel was very quick to fix it.

The hotel is managed by Canadians who are very friendly and helpful. Every friday there is a beach party at the swing bar at the hotel and its super fun. There is a fire show that was definetly worth seeing. The town is very close to walk into to buy groceries, beer, or just to do some shopping. You are also able to book tours through the front desk which is convenient. Tripadvisor.com
